Salt Lake County Aging Services is a multifunctional agency managed by the government of Salt Lake City. It offers a variety of programs and services for people aged 60 and above The agency also maintains a comprehensive caregiver support program that supports, fosters and promotes caregivers and their needs throughout the community. Salt Lake County Aging Services community-based programs support and maintain the relatively healthier and active senior population and offer personal growth and health-related classes and workshops. Its in-home services provide more concentrated support and assistance to senior citizens who need additional help to continue living in their homes. Salt Lake County Aging Services additionally investigates complaints that involve the residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
