Sierra Canyon School is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the National Independent Private School Association (NIPSA). Memberships include: California Junior Scholarship Federation, California Association for the Gifted, National Association of Gifted Children, Educational Records Bureau, National Association for the Education of Young Children, National Association of Elementary School Principals and National Association of Secondary School Principals. Sierra Canyon is located on 16 acres in the rural San Fernando Valley community of Chatsworth in the northwest corner of greater Los Angeles.
