Pilates United is located in the beautiful outdoor Sycamore Court shopping center. This Pilates studio andfitness center offers private and paired sessions along with group sessions. There are different types of memberships: First Timers, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Family. All memberships are subject to a $200 initiation fee, which can be waived with a 12-month commitment.
